Job Description:

We are looking for a confident, self-motivated, and customer-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, responding to inquiries, explaining products or services, and maintaining strong client relationships. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers in a professional manner.

This role is critical in driving lead generation, converting inquiries into business opportunities, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. If you enjoy speaking with people and are passionate about achieving targets, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services

Answer inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes

Follow up with leads through calls, messages, or emails

Generate interest and set up meetings or appointments for the sales team

Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

Provide excellent customer service and build strong rapport with clients

Gather feedback and share insights to help improve sales and marketing strategies

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions

Requirements:

Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline

0–2 years of telecalling, customer service, or inside sales experience (Freshers can apply)

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in [languages as applicable – e.g., English, Hindi, Gujarati]

Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or call tracking tools

Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
