We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining and growing our client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving overall account success. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met, expectations are exceeded, and services are delivered effectively. You will work closely with internal departments to coordinate deliverables, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and aligning services accordingly.
Project Coordination:
Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects, campaigns, or service delivery timelines.
Account Strategy:
Create and implement strategic account plans to meet client objectives and drive business outcomes.
Issue Resolution:
Address client queries, concerns, or escalations promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor account performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights to clients on a regular basis.
Upselling & Cross-Selling:
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to offer additional products or services, contributing to revenue growth.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align on client expectations and internal capabilities.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and account history for internal reference and reporting.
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
