We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented HR-Admin to manage daily HR operations and administrative tasks. The role involves handling recruitment, employee records, office coordination, compliance support, and ensuring smooth internal processes across departments.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
Coordinate new employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Employee Records & Compliance:
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave data.
Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee documentation including contracts, ID cards, and background checks.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination:
Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and salary data.
Assist in managing employee benefits, reimbursements, and statutory filings.
Administrative Operations:
Oversee daily office administration including supplies, vendor management, and facility upkeep.
Coordinate internal communications, meeting schedules, and employee engagement activities.
Performance & Employee Support:
Assist in monitoring employee performance and appraisal processes.
Address employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution and escalation if required.
Policy Implementation:
Help implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to staff.
Ensure consistent application of company rules and standards.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across HR and administrative functions
