We are hiring an Accountant cum Admin to handle day-to-day accounting tasks along with basic administrative responsibilities. The role involves managing financial records, invoicing, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth office operations.
We are looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage day-to-day accounting tasks while also handling general administrative duties. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to support routine office operations and documentation.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal and statutory requirements. On the administrative side, the role includes managing files, supporting HR functions, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment.
Maintain daily accounting records, ledgers, and journal entries
Prepare and process invoices, bills, receipts, and payments
Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management
Support GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial reports and summaries
Coordinate with auditors and ensure all required documentation is accurate and up to date
Monitor financial transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Manage office documentation, data entry, and filing systems
Support basic HR operations such as attendance tracking and employee records
Handle incoming calls, emails, courier services, and front desk responsibilities
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments for day-to-day office needs
Assist senior management in organizing meetings and company events
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in accounting and office administration
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
