We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and servicing equipment and systems at customer sites. This role requires a strong understanding of technical products, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide prompt and effective customer support.
As a Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service delivery, timely problem resolution, and maintaining strong communication with clients.
Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment or systems at customer locations
Provide technical support and guidance to customers for equipment operations and preventive maintenance
Conduct routine service checks and ensure timely resolution of technical faults
Respond to customer service calls, diagnose issues, and offer appropriate solutions
Maintain service logs, prepare service reports, and update records accurately
Coordinate with the internal team and vendors for spare parts and technical escalations
Train end-users or client personnel on product operation, safety procedures, and basic troubleshooting
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company policies, and client requirements
Travel to different locations as required for field service support
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field
1–3 years of experience in field service or equipment maintenance (Fresher with relevant internship may also apply)
Hands-on experience with installation and repair of technical systems or industrial equipment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments
Willingness to travel for on-site assignments
Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics
