We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive – Solar to generate leads, visit potential clients, and promote solar energy solutions. The role involves on-site client meetings, product demonstrations, and closing sales to support business growth.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our team in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting site visits, promoting solar products and solutions, and closing sales deals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of renewable energy products (training provided), and the ability to work independently in the field.
You will be the face of our organization, representing our commitment to sustainability and clean energy, while building strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and market research
Promote and explain solar energy solutions to clients, including benefits, product features, and ROI
Conduct site surveys, collect necessary data, and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility assessments
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Maintain a record of leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and status updates using CRM tools
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to align on promotional campaigns and project execution
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline (Technical or Engineering background preferred)
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Basic knowledge of solar energy products and solutions is a plus (training will be provided)
