Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Pitch services and solutions to prospective clients across various sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business development materials.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:   

  • 3 To 5  years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
    Familiarity with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or Guru (for IT sales).
