We are seeking a highly driven Business Analyst to excel in our fast-paced, innovation-driven startup. This role involves 80% focus on business strategy, operations, and user requirements, and 20% collaboration with tech teams to bridge the gap between ideas and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify business challenges and transform them into actionable insights and functional requirements.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with business goals.
● Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate them into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and user stories.
● Monitor product performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
● Utilize tools like Jira to manage sprint tasks, backlogs, and issue tracking.
● Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
● Maintain detailed documentation and workflow records.
Requirements
● 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst (preferred).
● Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.
● Knowledge of product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and documentation best practices.
● Familiarity with Jira or similar tools (a plus).
● Prior management or team leadership experience (an advantage).
● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
● Ability to work independently in a hybrid/flexible work environment.
