Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business, and maintaining strong client relationships through direct, in-person interactions.

This role involves traveling within assigned territories, understanding customer needs, promoting relevant products or services, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and visit prospective customers to promote and sell company products/services

Generate leads through market research, networking, and referrals

Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations

Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed business

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team performance

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and reports

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer support

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, or local promotional events when required

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline

1–3 years of experience in field sales or a related role

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer engagement

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Willingness to travel within the assigned region
