We are hiring a Client IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance and support to clients using our financial software and digital platforms. The role involves troubleshooting issues, ensuring smooth system operations, and delivering timely solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support Executive to join our team in the finance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to clients and internal teams using financial software, platforms, and applications.
The role requires troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with software configuration, and ensuring seamless user experience with financial tools and systems. This position is crucial in maintaining operational continuity and high client satisfaction across our digital services.
Provide technical support for financial applications, portals, and tools to both internal users and clients
Respond to support tickets, emails, and calls to resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner
Troubleshoot software errors, login problems, data access issues, and connectivity concerns
Guide users through system features, updates, and best practices
Coordinate with development or IT infrastructure teams to escalate unresolved issues
Maintain documentation for common issues, resolutions, and user guides
Support the onboarding of new users, including system setup and access configuration
Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and system efficiency for financial operations
Provide remote or on-site support depending on business needs
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in IT support (experience in financial systems preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of financial software or platforms (ERP, CRM, Loan Management, etc.)
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Familiarity with remote desktop tools and helpdesk software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
